Gili Air Diving is written and maintained by a desk. We publish under Gili Air Diving Editorial Desk because the reading, the drafting and the later corrections are shared work, and putting a single face on shared work would describe it wrongly.

This site deals with diving and snorkelling trips, what things actually cost, how itineraries are put together and when to go. Those are the areas where we have something specific to say; elsewhere we would just be repeating what is already published.

How unverified detail is marked

Requirements and prices here move, sometimes without notice. Our habit is to separate the two cases in writing: a number confirmed against an official source is written as confirmed, and a number that is not confirmed is marked as such rather than quietly rounded into place.

What we are not

This desk claims no titles, no qualifications and no length of service, because none of that is documented. The pages are background reading. Anything that depends on your particular situation belongs with the office or operator who will actually process it.
